Workforce partnerships

Support the men who keep your organization moving

Bro Chill brings culturally responsive wellness circles to hospitals, employers, and first responders. Workforce cohorts can welcome adult men across backgrounds while keeping trust, voluntary participation, and practical support at the center.

Hospitals

For emergency, security, transport, and other male frontline staff. Plan around shifts and connect with employee wellbeing and EAP pathways. HR, wellbeing, or nursing teams can sponsor the work.

Employers

For men in operations, warehouses, transit, utilities, and shift work. Add a trusted space for conversation alongside existing benefits, with HR, wellbeing, and safety teams involved in planning.

First responders

For fire, EMS, police, dispatch, and detention staff. Make room for identity beyond the job, relationships, coping, and existing peer support. This is not a fitness-for-duty assessment or required incident retelling.

A practical six-circle pilot

Six 60 to 90 minute circles at one DFW site, with up to 15 adults per session, two facilitators, materials, optional bounded resource navigation, and a closing aggregate report.

Delivery and resource navigation details
  • Resource navigation is limited to 15 consenting participants. Each receives one conversation and up to two follow-up attempts within 30 days.
  • We target initial outreach within three business days. Care or appointments are not guaranteed.
